AeGIDF signed an agreement with the e-Governance Academy located in Estonia to cooperate in the field of e-governance in French-speaking countries in Africa and in the Middle East Region.

According to the agreement, both parties will cooperate and develop e-governance awareness-raising programs, offer consultancy services, carry out training sessions and seminars, and cooperate in research and field studies.
Moreover, a high-level annual African forum on e-governance will jointly be organised starting from next year.

Arvo Ott, Executive Director of e-Governance Academy said that the agreement is a result of a year-long good cooperation with Tunisia.

It is much simpler to develop cooperation projects having country and culture experts on board

The founder of the African e-Governance for Inclusive Development Foundation (AeGIDF), Farouk Kamoun pointed out that the agreement gives a good possibility to promote eGA's competence and experience of developing and implementing e-governance.

Estonian know-how is very useful to develop Tunisia and promote e-governance in other African countries

Ezzeddine Larbi, the co-founder of AeGIDF said that the cooperation between the two foundations gives a win-win solution for both: Tunisia wins from the know-how and experience of Estonia and Estonia gets a partner to promote their experience among African governments.
